I built this course because I needed it — and couldn't find it anywhere.
I spent 15 years in the financial and corporate world. I was productive, ambitious, and quietly falling apart. Burnout. Discrimination. A demanding environment. Unhealthy thought patterns. And through it all, I kept showing up — because that’s what we do when our identity is tied to performance, expectations (internal and external), and the image we’ve built.
The shift began from a harder question: Who am I, what truly matters to me, and who do I actually want to become? I spent years studying neuroscience, integral coaching, Ikigai, habit science, mental health & wellbeing, body mechanics and yoga to find the answer. Not to become a science or wellness person, but to understand what was happening in my own life. Today, I work with people who are ready to explore new paths and quietly ask themselves, “Is this it? What do I really want”. I know what it's like to be in that place. And I know there is a way through.
